About us
Lulu and Bibi act for both private and investment clients wanting to build or renovate a property either as a permanent home, holiday home or speculation. They have both renovated and sold property for profit over many years having converted and refurbished historic buildings and old farmhouses in the UK and Italy which has given them a vast amount of valuable knowledge and experience to call upon when advising clients. As they have been so closely involved with managing projects, their knowledge on where, when and when not to spend money is market-tested.
Lulu was born in London and always had a passion for property wanting to purchase her first property at 18 however, had to wait until 21 when she joined forces with a friend and bought her first property in Notting Hill, London, which needed restoring. This was the beginning of her career in the property business. She moved to Italy in 2003 and renovated an Old Tower near Perugia. She now lives in an Old Mill near Anghiari. Over the past 7 years she has learned a lot about the building trade in Italy and how it differs from the UK and she has now decided to use her knowledge and experience to help people with their relocation to Italy.
Bibi was born in Canada and had the good fortune to live in many countries throughout her youth and she finally settled in Umbria in 1987. Bibi is bilingual and a registered translator with the Chamber of Commerce in Perugia, as she specialises in property, she works alongside many local Notaries and law firms.
