Project management
With our knowledge and experience of Project Management we will be able to assist you with any aspect of renovation. Whether you need to plan an extension, add a pool, landscape your garden or build your home from scratch, we can help you find the right professionals and/or qualified workers for the project. A detailed estimate of costs, timing and necessary paperwork will be submitted to you. Then leave the rest to us.
Our five star service will guarantee you peace of mind and save you precious time and money. We will oversee and manage the whole restoration and keep you up to date by carrying out regular visits and keep you informed with regular reports and photographs.
We maintain a close relationship with the Architect and builders and make sure communications between them is followed through and work doesn't fall behind schedule or over budget.
Our Fees
Our service is tailor made to fit your requirements therefore fees will vary accordingly.
Project Management is based upon a fixed annual fee determined by the specific requirements of our clients, the size of the property and its location.
Assignment Work will be charged at 320 Euros on a full day basis.
Please note that all fees are exclusive of taxes.
