Our Fees
The Property Search Service has a set fee of 800 euros and is not a % fee of the purchase price. Some companies do not charge a fee but take an Agent's commission. However, we feel that offering a one off fee gives you more choice, us more freedom and avoids conflict of interest.
Please note that all fees are exclusive of taxes.
