We have known Lulu for two years and Bibi for slightly less. In my opinion they make a good team. As an architect I am very impressed with Lulu's knowledge of the building process, her instincts for organising and co-ordinating the most detailed building activities, including those of specialists or subcontractors. It has been an invaluable help on the project and her knowledge of excellent specialist trades has not only been financially beneficial, but of great practical help. In any building project, it is the ability to see oneself as part of a team, to act as part of a team and to get others to act as part of a team that is a key secret ingredient for success. Lulu and Bibi both have this skill. Combined with their extensive local knowledge, I can only stand back and admire.
