03 March 2020 San Michele 1: an intersting discovery during demo! we found an old fireplace!

it’s always amazing to uncover these unique features, but now it’s back to the drawing board becuase the fireplace is exactly where I wanted to put a radiator! Fireplace wins over radiator!

I anticipate another change in plans… San MIchele 1 will have 2.5 bathrooms instead of 2!!!
