Phenomenal “cantina” or cellar space in the heart of the historic center of Spello, Umbria. This property was in need of remodeling as the structural works were already carried out. The goal was to transform this property into a functional 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.

Indoor works: exposed stone on walls, and exposed vaulted ceilings, handmade cotto floors, new wood windows and antique doors, new plumbing, underfloor heating, air-conditioning system in the bedrooms and electrics, dehumidifying system, 2 new en-suite bathrooms with shower and kitchen.
